To better meet the group’s IT development challenges, we have defined three strategic areas for our company between now and 2024: people, expertise and environmental footprint.

People are at the heart of our actions.

Expertise

We are developing all the expertises offered to our clients, while improving the operational efficiency of our teams. This involves the overall automation of our activities, their improvement and security, while always keeping an eye on technological developments. Our goal is to increase the quality of service provided to our clients.

Environmental footprint

We are taking action on three levels: obtaining the necessary tools to measure our environmental footprint, reduce the impact of our various services and raising awareness to transform our practices among our customers and employees.
