User environment

A range of services aimed at employees of Groupe BPCE and its companies.

The User Environment Department designs and deploys innovative solutions for the IT work environment of BPCE Group employees: equipment such as laptop PCs, smartphones, virtual workstations, etc., up to collaborative solutions (messaging, telephony, Teams, AI, etc.).

The employee experience is at the heart of its strategy and its mission is to make this working environment efficient and secure.

User Environment is organized into teams, by technology and covers professions from architecture, engineering, project management, etc. to local user support.

 

The main missions of the division:

  • Support employees on a daily basis in the adoption of BPCE Group solutions to ensure smooth and optimal use,
  • Providing a “zero defect” user experience thanks to a robust and secure infrastructure, regardless of the equipment used,
  • Promote collaboration within the Group and enrich the service offerings, with new formats that adapt to new ways of working and organizing,
  • Participate in a continuous improvement process by combining technological innovation, responsible digital commitment and accessibility.

  • 111 000 workstations and active users under the responsibility of the team (from design to support)
  • 160 000 active mailboxes
  • 42 000 mobile phones deployed
