The mission of IT Production Department is to:
- Bring the requirements of quality and usability from the design to the developers to guarantee a production to the best standards.
- Drive strategy and promote IT catalog solutions (internal cloud, agile methods, etc.) to modernize and accelerate customer operations.
- Deploy industrial tools and automate production actions to ensure the run efficiently on a daily basis.
- Maintain operational conditions (continuity, backups, supervision, capacity planning, etc.).
- Reduce IT risk alongside other players by anticipating and updating assets to increase system security.
