The Human Resources Department defines and implements BPCE-IT’s HR policy in all the areas for which it is responsible : recruitment, careers, skills, training, QWL, CSR, personnel administration and payroll, individual and collective labor relations, management of the social foundation, HRIS steering and HR data management…

Our team of HR experts supports BPCE-IT employees and managers in their day-to-day work and projects :

  • Creates the conditions for employee commitment and the quality of social dialogue.
  • Helps develop the skills the company needs to be fully efficient.
  • Alongside managers, in support of employees, and within the framework of the company’s social dialogue, anticipates, accompanies, monitors and deploys the necessary social, organizational and cultural transformations of the company.
