CSR : BPCE-IT commits to the LUCIE certification process
A new milestone to strengthen our CSR and Responsible Digital commitments

BPCE-IT is launching a certification process with the LUCIE Agency to structure and strengthen its initiatives in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Responsible Digital practices.
This approach is fully aligned with our corporate strategy and our determination to act sustainably on the environmental, societal, and digital challenges that impact our business lines, our employees, our clients, and all of our stakeholders.
To achieve this, BPCE-IT aims to obtain two complementary certifications:
- LUCIE 26000, based on the ISO 26000 standard and covering the main corporate social responsibility challenges (renewed every 4 years).
- LUCIE Numérique Responsable Level 2 (NR2), dedicated to the responsibility of digital activities (renewed every 3 years).
By embarking on this journey, BPCE-IT aims to rely on a recognized framework to showcase the actions already underway, identify areas of improvement, structure its roadmap, and strengthen its commitments through a process of continuous improvement.
This certification is, above all, a collective effort that will gradually involve all BPCE-IT teams and areas of expertise. Everyone will have the opportunity to contribute, at their own level, to advancing our practices and building an increasingly responsible digital future.
Our ambition: to turn our commitments into concrete, measurable, and sustainable actions.
