BPCE-IT drives a responsible approach that is reflected both in the care we show our employees and in our initiatives for a more sustainable digital footprint.
We thus fully contribute to Groupe BPCE’s ambition: to be a positive-impact group.
At BPCE-IT, we are committed to a more responsible digital environment through a pragmatic policy, concrete actions, and by raising awareness across all our teams.
A progressive and collective approach, for a sustainable impact.
BPCE-IT supports its employee caregivers through a specific group agreement granting access to numerous rights as well as a support program (training, caregivers’ café, guide, conferences, etc.).
Active since the creation of BPCE-IT, the Disability Mission aims to ensure job retention for employees with RQTH status (recognition of the status of disabled worker), promote the recruitment of employees with disabilities, raise awareness among all managers and employees regarding accessibility and inclusion challenges related to disabilities, and develop responsible purchasing practices.
To foster gender diversity in the workplace—a challenge particularly pronounced in the IT sector—BPCE-IT highlights its female talent by showcasing diverse female career paths:
BPCE-IT is committed to Capital Filles, an association that supports high school girls from lower-income and rural areas through a godmother/goddaughter mentoring scheme.
The Essenti’elles network operates internally to promote gender diversity at all levels of responsibility. It is open to all women across the BPCE collective.
Finally, BPCE-IT is committed alongside Groupe BPCE, a signatory to the commitment charter of the #StOpE initiative collective, aimed at combating everyday sexism in the workplace.
The BPCE Community and BPCE Infogérance & Technologies are committed to a proactive approach favoring the inclusion of employees regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation, by combating all forms of discrimination and prejudice and supporting equal opportunities and professional equality.
Created in 2020 within Natixis, the All Equals association implements awareness-raising initiatives, ensures the absence of any discrimination, guarantees equal rights, and runs a welcoming network open to all LGBT+ employees as well as anyone wishing to support the network.
BPCE-IT has signed the Cancer@Work Charter, affirming its commitment to fostering inclusion and job retention for individuals affected by cancer or chronic illness.
This approach is built on a strong conviction: better supporting illness in the workplace improves the quality of working life for everyone, while preserving skills and talent.
Our initiatives: raising awareness among all employees, training managers and HR teams, providing adapted work environments, and valuing professional skills.

BPCE-IT commits to bringing together at least 20% of its employees each year for solidarity days.
The goal: to give everyone the chance to get actively involved with associations that align with our values. A great opportunity to mobilize collectively and make a positive impact!
Through the Groupe BPCE Sports association, our employees can participate in numerous team sports challenges throughout the year and expand their internal network. Skiing, golf, hiking, sailing, and many other sports…
The Défi Imagine, a Groupe BPCE inter-company challenge, also regularly brings sports enthusiasts together.
Career, development, work environment… joining BPCE-IT means becoming part of a company where expertise, collaboration, and innovation are lived every day.
