Hands-on experience to unleash potential
Since 2024, BPCE-IT has been organizing hackathons both internally and with students from its partner schools, with the aim of sharing knowledge and developing concrete solutions for the company. In this same spirit, we view internships and work-study programs as genuine spaces for learning and innovation. Guided, challenged, and fully integrated into our teams, our interns and work-study students develop their skills, experiment, dare to innovate, and participate in concrete projects.
