The Technological Transformation division aims to bring technological consistency within BPCE-IT. Its objectives are to anticipate technological developments and to turn the company’s strategic plan into operational reality.

  • Steering and coordinating the deployment of our strategic plan

    and priority technological projects, while ensuring compliance with architectural norms and standards.

  • Coordinating our Responsible Digital policy

    and supporting divisions in decarbonizing their assets and practices.

  • Fostering a culture of innovation

    and running the FabLab, BPCE-IT’s incubator.

  • Supporting divisions in deploying new working methods and tools

    such as the Agile Center, promoting DevSecOps tools and culture, and using AI/ML to improve the observability of core infrastructure business lines.
