The Employee Platform division embeds user experience into the design and delivery of its solutions, providing employees with a seamless and comparable experience in terms of access and security, regardless of the device used.

Its mission is to put the user at the center of IT support efforts and priorities, while ensuring proximity to users and monitoring customer satisfaction. The division defines the hardware equipment catalog used by Groupe BPCE entities and designs and implements collaborative digital and Cloud solutions.
